Chỉ số Hấp dẫn đầu tư Thị trường carbon tự nguyện (Volunteer Carbon Market Investment Attractiveness Index hay VCM Investment Attractiveness Index) theo dõi và xếp hạng các quốc gia về mức độ hấp dẫn đối với các nhà đầu tư và nhà phát triển dự án thị trường carbon tự nguyện, sử dụng các chỉ thị phản ánh mức độ sẵn sàng của thị trường carbon, rủi ro đầu tư và cơ hội môi trường.
Chỉ số này được phát triển bởi Abatable (https://abatable.com/) phối hợp với chuyên gia bảo hiểm Howden. Chỉ số này được tính toán từ 3 trụ cột (Pillar) với 24 chỉ thị (Indicator) sau đây:
